Just this weekend I was heading to a girls clothing-swap night… so I thought this is a great opportunity to make CUPCAKES. Instantly, I thought pink cupcakes would girly and strawberry sounds like a yummy flavour I have never tried before.

They turned out pretty well! The icing was really sweet so I need to find a more light icing recipe but its great for bite-size cupcakes with a little bit of icing. It had a strong strawberry flavour but I found it need more cream cheese taste to the icing. I also experimented with a new ‘petal’ icing tip… trying to pipe out flowers but I clearly need more experience for sure.
