For Pivot’s holiday party, we went to B.A.T.L to throw some axes at targets. We rented the space for 3 hours and you get to bring your own snacks and booze -Yes, booze with axes…

It was easy to pick up but still challenging to get bullseye each time. Everyone got a chance to practice before the tournament begins. Highest scorers go in the playoff and then play for the championship round.

I didn’t make it to the playoffs but Chris did. He didn’t make it to the championship though. The final round was interesting; Chelsea vs. her boyfriend, Andrew. Andrew won.

Somehow, even though I didn’t do well in the playoffs, I landed all of the hardest challenges that no one else succeeded in. I hit the clutch which is the smallest and toughest target for 7 points (the green one on the target). Yes, I was aiming for it! I also got bullseye with the gigantic axe! No one thought I could do it… Including Ian, my boss who was like “I’ll give you $20 bucks if you hit bullseye” He had to pay up. Great fun and I highly recommend it for a night out with buddies.
